Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson/Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and selling virtual assistant services to our pre-existing web development clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, specifically in the staffing industry, with a knack for building strong relationships and driving revenue growth.

This is a 100% remote position.

Pay:

Base + Commission $110k Target Earnings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Foster and expand relationships with our current clients, understanding their unique needs and presenting customized virtual assistant solutions that complement their web development services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to introduce and sell virtual assistant services to existing clients, ensuring alignment with their current business objectives and growth goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the web development and operations teams to ensure smooth integration of virtual assistant services with existing client projects.
  • Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with existing clients and identifying new opportunities within the accounts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Sales Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing industry.
  • Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport, trust, and long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex services in a simple and compelling way.
