Job Description:
- Recruit top talent; match career goals with our clients' hiring needs
- Develop recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates using various job boards and networking tools
- Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through our screening process
- Build and develop your own talent pipeline
- Maintain relationships with Technical Professionals to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals

Qualifications:

- Experience with high-volume, full life-cycle recruiting in professional services
