Job description

The right applicant is reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Mechanical aptitude is necessary. Good attendance is a must.


Duties included are, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for promoting safety awareness and keeping safety as a number one priority.
  • Responsible for setup of stamping press.
  • Responsible for the overall operation of press including troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Maintain a high standard for quality and an understanding of the types of defects that will affect product performance for our customers.
  • Complete daily and other required paperwork
  • Use a tablet to record production and create tags.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Stable work history
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot problems.

Physical Requirements:

  • Lifting up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to climb, kneel, bend, squat
  • Must be able to grasp, push, pull and have fine motor skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
