What You'll Work On

  • Operate and maintain IPP equipment and systems

  • Operate IPP equipment and related control systems; ie, SBR, Influent EQ, Sludge, Dewatering Press, Sludge Removal, Chemical Feed

  • Monitor control system and make adjustments as needed to maintain compliance with the discharge permit issued by the City of Casa Grande

  • Observe variations in operating conditions, interprets lab test results, along with current and historical data to maintain proper control of the system

  • Maintain log of operations and record all lab data and meter and gauge readings.

You'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • HSD/GED

  • Algebra

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with biological wastewater treatment systems a bonus, good mechanical/scientific aptitude required.

  • Good data analysis, reasoning, and troubleshooting skills necessary to adjust system operations properly to varying conditions in real time.

  • Grade 2 Wastewater Treatment Operator Certificate

Rotating 4x10s Monday-Friday 0600-1630 & 0930-2000 & Saturday-Sunday 0600-1630. ; Subject to change depending on need
