In our shop, you are treated like a master surgeon. A junior apprentice handles your garment deconstruction (seam ripping), basic marking, plain hemming, and final industrial pressing. Your hands stay on the machines, allowing you to focus 100% of your time on high-skill, high-ticket sewing to maximize your weekly commission checks.

  • Maintain Target Production Speeds: Adhere to our shop's structured "Target Time" workflow guidelines (e.g., executing a standard lined jacket sleeve adjustment within a 45-minute production window).
  • Collaborative Workflow: Partner seamlessly with our Junior Apprentice, effectively passing off finished structural pieces for them to execute final hems, closures, and industrial steam pressing.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Professional Machinery Expertise: Minimum 3–5 years of commercial experience operating high-speed industrial straight-stitchers, industrial blind-hemmers, and overlock sergers.
  • Master Tailoring Knowledge: Deep understanding of internal garment anatomy, canvas structuring, boned bodices, and lining manipulation.
  • Efficiency Mindset: Must understand and embrace "Commercial Excellence" over slow couture methods. We prioritize replicating factory finishes quickly and accurately over microscopic, time-consuming over-engineering.
