Registered Nurse (RN)

Tonganoxie Terrace is actively hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide both clinical leadership and hands-on skilled nursing care. The RN plays a critical role in resident assessment, care planning, and day-to-day clinical decision-making. As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will collaborate closely with nursing staff, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Schedule and Employment Type

  • Full-Time Days (6AM - 6PM) | Every Other Weekend Required
  • Part-Time Nights (6PM - 6AM) | Every Other Weekend Required

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled nursing care as a Registered Nurse (RN), including comprehensive resident assessments
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
