About The Role

We're seeking a Revenue Operations Systems Analyst to support the optimization, integration, and administration of systems that drive revenue performance across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Merchant Success.

This role focuses on Salesforce configuration, workflow automation, reporting accuracy, and system scalability. You will partner closely with the Revenue Operations Lead to enhance data integrity, streamline processes, and ensure our revenue systems operate efficiently and reliably.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys building automation, solving system challenges, and improving operational workflows behind the scenes.


What you'll do?

  • Salesforce & System Administration
    Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce to support evolving business requirements
    Build and maintain flows, custom objects, validation rules, formula fields, and automation
    Manage user permissions, roles, and system configurations
    Deploy change sets and maintain system documentation
  • Revenue Systems Optimization
    Support integration workflows across GTM tools and internal systems
    Maintain data architecture consistency and enforce data hygiene standards
    Troubleshoot system issues and provide root cause analysis and resolution tracking
    Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual processes
  • Reporting & Data Integrity
    Maintain dashboards and operational reports across revenue teams
    Audit CRM data for completeness and accuracy
    Support forecasting hygiene and lifecycle reporting
    Assist in developing scalable reporting frameworks
  • Cross-Functional Support
    Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, CX, and Merchant Success to understand process needs
    Support rollout and adoption of new tools or system enhancements
    Document business processes and system dependencies
    Provide technical support and training for revenue teams

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of Salesforce Administration or Revenue Operations experience
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred
  • Strong understanding of CRM data models, automation, and change management
  • Hands-on experience building Salesforce Flows and automation
  • Experience supporting multi-team revenue organizations preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and documentation discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
