THE POSITION:

Job Description:
The Dallas - Remote Account Manager will seek out and sign new client relationships, manage existing clients, and be responsible for executing the end-to-end client recruiting process. The Account Manager will develop, retain, and grow client relationships to ensure high-quality service and satisfaction. With this responsibility, the Account Manager will work with an internal recruiting team and provide consistent guidance to achieve recruiting success.

Job Type: Full-time 

Responsibilities:

  • Client Management
    • Manage accounts of all sizes by representing Tesoro Group externally with clients and internally through recruiting team oversight.
    • Develop a thorough understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their hiring needs, and strategy.
    • Manage client input to launch candidate searches with detailed directions and timelines effectively.
    • Establish and build strong working relationships with business leaders at all levels.
    • Manage day-to-day client communication and ongoing relationships as it relates to current, new, and upcoming search opportunities.
    • Prepare candidate presentations, gather client feedback, schedule interviews, perform post-interview follow-up, and manage and close offers.
    • Represent the internal recruiting team to present qualified candidates and guide them through the process.
    • As necessary, visit clients, attend trade shows, and other industry events to capitalize on networking and relationship-building opportunities.

  • Team Management and Coaching
    • Work with a team of Recruiters and other account specialists to support all search efforts.
    • Provide the recruiting team with ample direction and support to identify a pipeline of talent for assigned roles.
    • Execute job kick-offs, including full client download, research, and direction of sourcing strategy.
    • Direct Recruiter sourcing priorities through consistent communication of job status, client feedback, and upcoming client needs.
    • Assist Recruiters in candidate review before client submittal, as needed.
    • Provide information to the Recruiter and/or Candidate as it relates to interview preparation, client feedback, reference checks, and offers.
    • Advise on job description posting priorities.

  • Account Retention and Growth
    • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities.
    • In conjunction with the Project Management team, ensure all viable clients are engaged regularly and effectively.
    • As needed, present proposals for new business opportunities with existing or new client prospects.

Experience:

  • DRIVE, DRIVE, DRIVE!!!
  • Previous Sales, preferably in Staffing; 
  • Experience in the Account Management function.
  • Experience in the Property Management industry preferred.
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with client leaders of all levels. (C-Level down to entry-level support roles)
  • Ability to work independently and manage personal and team member time, keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Strong writing, phone, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus.
  • Complete additional tasks and projects as needed to benefit Tesoro Group.
