Finance Manager | $120k- $130k | Remote | Direct Hire |Iowa or Pennsylvania
Lead Financial Strategy and Drive Business Performance
If you're a finance professional who enjoys turning data into decisions, this role offers the opportunity to lead key financial functions, influence pricing strategy, and partner directly with leadership. You'll combine financial analysis, team leadership, and business partnership to drive profitability, operational performance, and strategic growth across the organization.

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead pricing strategy and controls to optimize profitability and support business growth
  • Manage commission calculations, approvals, and reporting processes
  • Oversee and develop the Cash Application team, including performance metrics and employee development
  • Partner with treasury and leadership teams to support funding activities, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Develop dashboards, reporting, and business insights to support executive decision-making
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
  • 5+ years of progressive finance experience with strong pricing and financial analysis expertise within commercial lending
  • Previous leadership experience with responsibility for developing and managing teams
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business decisions
  • Advanced Excel, reporting, dashboarding, and financial modeling capabilities
