We are seeking highly motivated people to join our team. As a Rout Relief Sales Rep, you will be responsible for ensuring that we have best in class sales relief coverage. You will also work with our sales reps and managers to execute displays and brand programming in our accounts. You will see every channel of business in the industry and assist with growing our total portfolio of brands.


Responsibilities:

  • Cover routes for Sales Reps as needed. Do the complete job to include full line selling, rotation, and follow any written instructions during the route coverage time.
  • Execute and complete all sales tasks to include displays, POS, and surveys within assigned retail accounts as directed.
  • Provide a full report back to Sales Management of accomplishments and opportunities while covering the route.
  • Assist Sales Management with Space Planning, team selling, crew drives, and key week selling and execution.
  • Ensure that all products are properly rotated for quality purposes
  • Develop and maintain excellent customer rapport
