Job description

Customer Service Representative

Make an impact where customer service and teamwork matter. ComSonics is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Repair Services team. In this role, you will be a key connection between our customers, Repair Services, and internal teams-helping ensure inquiries, orders, account questions, and service needs are handled accurately, professionally, and with exceptional care.

What You'll Do You will communicate with customers by phone and email to answer questions, solicit repair and product business, process Repair Services orders, and help resolve customer concerns. You will also coordinate new customer account setup, track spending limits and purchase orders, prepare and distribute customer reports, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and communications.

This position also supports our regional field Products & Services Managers and Repair Services Field Staff by providing customer contacts, route updates, inbound shipment coordination, customer statistics, weekly status reports, and other administrative support as needed. The ideal team member is organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing a variety of customer service and reporting responsibilities.

What You Bring We prefer candidates with a college degree or equivalent education, training, and related experience. Strong communication skills are important, including the ability to read and understand instructions, write clear correspondence, and share information effectively with customers, clients, and team members. Comfort with basic math, Microsoft Office tools-especially Excel, Word, and Outlook-and ERP systems will help you succeed in this role.

Base Salary Range: $45,302 โ€“ $53,206 plus commission. This salary range represents the compensation ComSonics reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting and has been established in good faith based on current market data, internal pay practices, and applicable laws. Final compensation will be determined within this range based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, education, internal equity, geographic location, and business needs. Offers are typically aligned within the lower to mid-range of the salary band, depending on experience and alignment with role requirements.

Positions eligible for commission participate in a commission-based compensation plan. Commission earnings are based on individual performance and applicable sales plans. Actual earnings may vary and are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable commission plan.
