Job description

About the Role:
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our Estimators and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This role helps guide customers through the repair process, maintains accurate vehicle and repair information, and serves as a key point of communication between customers, Estimators, insurance companies, and dealerships.

You must be organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and customer care are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a warm, professional manner and assist them throughout the repair process.

  • Provide timely customer follow-up and communicate updates as directed by Estimators.

  • Maintain and organize customer files, repair documentation, and required paperwork.

  • Enter and update customer, vehicle, insurance, and repair information into CCC One with accuracy.

  • Participate in daily release meetings and coordinate next steps for repair orders.

  • Convert estimates into repair orders following company procedures.

  • Assist with coordinating rental vehicles and courtesy rides.

  • Notify customers and partners of revised delivery dates when requested by Estimators.

  • Support the closing of repair orders and ensure all documentation is complete.

  • Maintain a positive and cooperative working relationship with all departments.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

  • Professional and friendly interpersonal style with strong phone etiquette.

  • Proficient in computer systems and data entry (CCC One experience is a plus).

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

  • Team-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Work Environment

  • Primarily an office environment within an active collision center.

  • Regularly required to sit, use hands and fingers, talk, and hear.

  • Noise level ranges from quiet office space to louder shop areas.
