What is a commission radiology scheduler?

Commission Radiology Schedulers are professionals responsible for coordinating and scheduling radiology appointments for patients, often working in a commission-based or incentive-driven structure. Their main duties include communicating with patients, verifying insurance information, managing appointment calendars, and ensuring that imaging procedures are booked efficiently. They work closely with both patients and radiology staff to optimize schedules and maximize the utilization of imaging equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent customer service abilities.
