About the Role
Stewards of Recovery is hiring substance abuse disorder counselors, CADCs and SUDAs to provide direct substance use treatment across outpatient and residential settings. This role is ideal for counselors seeking consistent SUD-focused clinical work, a stable caseload, and opportunities for professional growth within a compassionate, full continuum of care, dual credentialled, SUD and Mental health provider. Responsibilities

  • Conduct substance use assessments and develop treatment plans
  • Provide individual and group therapy
  • Work with clients receiving substance use and co-occurring mental health treatment
  • Collaborate with outpatient and residential treatment teams
  • Complete documentation in the EHR system within 72 hours.


Compensation

  • $26-$31/ hr
  • $2,500 hiring bonus after 60 days of full-time employment
  • Compensation depends on experience, certifications, and schedule preference

Qualifications

  • Certified CADC or SUDA in Idaho
  • Experience in substance use treatment preferred
  • Comfortable facilitating groups
  • Familiar with utilizing an EHR system
  • Able to complete documentation within required timelines
