Location: Four Corners region, Northwest New Mexico

Salary: $100,000 – $110,000 base + Bonus

Relocation Assistance Available — we welcome candidates from Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Nevada,Oklahoma, and New Mexico

Are you an experienced healthcare leader ready to run a facility that changes lives? We are conducting a confidential search for a Facility Director to lead a substance abuse treatment center providing short-term residential, detox, and outpatient services.

What We Are Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree required — Master’s preferred
  • 3+ years as a Facility Administrator or in healthcare leadership
  • 5+ years managing substance use treatment services preferred
  • Inpatient or outpatient detox experience highly preferred
In This Role, You Will:
  • Lead daily operations across residential, detox, and outpatient programs
  • Oversee staffing, budgeting, and facility performance
  • Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards
  • Build and support a strong clinical and operational team
