Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tempe, AZ that is seeking an Informatica Developer.
Key Responsibilities:
Architecture & Solution Design:
* Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions across enterprise data domains
* Develop scalable master data frameworks supporting Customer, Product, and Supplier domains
* Define data governance, data quality, metadata management, and stewardship best practices
* Establish target-state architecture and migration strategies for current MDM platforms
Development & Delivery:
* Design and develop Informatica MDM components, business rules, match/merge logic, and integration workflows
* Build and optimize integrations between Informatica MDM and enterprise applications
* Develop APIs and integration services supporting enterprise data exchange and governance initiatives
* Participate in testing, deployment planning, and production support activities
Data Governance & Platform Enablement:
* Partner with Data Governance teams to establish ownership, stewardship, and data quality standards
* Support implementation of Informatica Data Governance capabilities and workflow processes
* Create data lineage, control frameworks, and governance documentation
* Establish monitoring, quality controls, and ongoing platform optimization strategies
Collaboration & Leadership:
* Consult with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders on master data strategy
* Mentor developers and data engineers on Informatica best practices
* Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Drive technical discussions related to MDM, integration, governance, and enterprise data architecture
REQUIREMENTS:
* 10+ years of experience in Data Integration, Master Data Management, or Enterprise Data Architecture
* Hands-on experience with Informatica MDM
* Experience implementing Customer, Product, and Supplier master data domains
* Experience designing enterprise-scale data integration solutions
* Strong understanding of data governance principles and best practices
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong knowledge of:

* Data Quality
* Metadata Management
* API Integration
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
