Sales Executive – Gold & Silver

Location: Beverly Hills
Employment Type: Full-Time / 1099
Compensation: Commission + Performance Bonuses

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated, confident, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our growing precious metals team. The ideal candidate is an experienced closer who can build trust with clients, understand their financial goals, and educate them on gold and silver as part of a diversified wealth-preservation strategy.

This position involves working with qualified leads and prospective clients who are interested in protecting and diversifying their assets through physical precious metals and retirement solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Speak with prospective clients by phone and build strong, professional relationships.
  • Educate clients on gold, silver, precious metals, and wealth-preservation strategies.
  • Understand each client's financial goals, risk tolerance, and investment objectives.
  • Help clients evaluate whether precious metals may be appropriate for their overall portfolio.
  • Assist qualified clients with precious metals purchases and retirement account solutions.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
  • Overcome objections and confidently guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Maintain accurate CRM notes and client information.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
  • Stay informed about precious metals markets, economic trends, inflation, and retirement planning topics.
  • Provide an exceptional client experience from the initial conversation through the completion of the transaction.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in phone sales, financial services, insurance, investments, or another consultative sales environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Confident objection-handling and closing abilities.
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage a high volume of leads.
  • Professional, persuasive, and consultative communication style.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a high-performing sales team.
  • Previous experience in precious metals, Gold IRAs, retirement planning, or financial services is a plus but not required.
