Job description

Job Summary:
All Seasons Placement is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team. This position involves assembling metal components, tools, and fabricated parts according to specifications while maintaining quality and production standards. Candidates should be comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and assembly instructions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assemble metal parts, tools, and mechanical components according to work instructions and blueprints.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, drills, wrenches, rivet guns, and other assembly equipment.
  • Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, fit, and proper function.
  • Read and interpret assembly drawings, diagrams, and work orders.
  • Measure components using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools.
  • Package finished products and prepare items for shipment as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
  • Assist with other production and manufacturing tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or mechanical experience preferred but not required.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and follow written instructions.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
