Job description

The Powder Coater will be responsible for preparing and coating a variety of products including automotive parts, metal furniture, industrial equipment, and consumer goods. This role involves operating manual powder coating systems in a fast-paced environment handling large batch volumes, ensuring high-quality finishes and maintaining equipment to maximize efficiency during 9-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces for coating to ensure proper application
  • Apply powder coating using manual systems
  • Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently
  • Perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment as needed
  • Handle large batch volumes with consistent quality
