ISS STOXX is looking for a high-performing Commission Analyst to join our growing Sales Support & Commissions team. This role plays a key part in ensuring the accurate and timely calculation of sales commissions in accordance with company plans and policies. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on experience with commission processes, financial data, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with a global team, including our offshore Manila commission team, gaining hands-on experience supporting a high-volume, multi-region commission process.

This role offers a strong foundation for professionals looking to grow their expertise in commission operations, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and support quarterly commission calculations across multiple regions in partnership with the offshore Manila team, ensuring accuracy and compliance with plan rules.
  • Analyze and validate complex sales and invoice data from systems such as Salesforce and SAP.
  • Investigate and resolve commission inquiries, working directly with Sales and stakeholders to provide clear, timely resolutions.
  • Prepare and deliver commission statements and reporting with a high degree of accuracy and transparency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Ops, Finance, HR, Payroll, and global teams to ensure data alignment and timely payments.
  • Support new hires, leavers, and transfers, ensuring accurate commission eligibility and smooth onboarding/offboarding.
  • Identify opportunities to improve, automate, and scale processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field
  • 1-4 years of relevant experience, including internships, co-ops, or other professional experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork skills
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g., complex formulas, pivot tables, large datasets)
  • Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, NetSuite, or similar systems is a plus
  • Ability to effectively communicate with various levels of business leaders
