We're hiring experienced Field Service Technicians, Automation Technicians, Industrial Maintenance Technicians, Controls Technicians, Electrical Technicians, and Technical Service Representatives.
As a Technical Service Representative (TSR)/Field Service Technician, you'll install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair automated packaging equipment at customer sites throughout your assigned territory. This customer-facing role combines electrical, mechanical, PLC, automation, and industrial maintenance expertise while delivering exceptional technical support.
What You'll Do
  • Install, commission, and test automated packaging systems
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and automation issues
  • Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
  • Train customers on equipment operation and maintenance
  • Complete service reports and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams
  • Identify opportunities for service agreements, upgrades, and replacement parts
  • Follow OSHA and company safety standards

Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in field service, industrial maintenance, manufacturing, or automation

Technical Skills
Experience with one or more of the following:
  • Field service and industrial maintenance
  • PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls
  • Electrical and mechanical repair
  • Robotics and industrial automation
  • Packaging machinery and automated equipment
  • Conveyor systems
  • HMI, VFDs, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems

Preferred Experience
Experience servicing automated packaging systems, industrial machinery, manufacturing or production equipment, conveyor systems, robotics, or material handling equipment. Experience in manufacturing, automation, packaging, food and beverage, warehousing, distribution, or logistics is a plus.
Preferred Certifications
OSHA, PLC training (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Omron, Mitsubishi), Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technician, Automation, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, CMRT, or CMRP certifications are preferred but not required.
Travel & Requirements
  • National travel with overnight stays
  • Weekend or after-hours support, as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
  • Valid U.S. driver's license
  • Ability to obtain or possess a valid U.S. passport
