Job Summary
Under the direction of your Studio Manager, The Experience Ambassador plays a key role in delivering an exceptional studio experience while supporting sales performance and operational flow. This position guides clients through the image selection and ordering process, builds meaningful customer relationships, and contributes to achieving studio revenue and service goals.
Essential Job Functions
Customer Experience
  • Welcome and guide clients through their studio visit
  • Anticipate needs and resolve concerns
  • Maintain customer satisfaction scores

Sales & Presentation
  • Lead image presentation sessions
  • Recommend products and packages
  • Support studio revenue targets
  • Achieve individual and team sales goals

Team & Operations
  • Coordinate with photographers
  • Maintain studio appearance
  • Communicate promotions and brand messaging

Job Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Must pass a satisfactory background check
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Professional demeanor shown in person, on calls and in emails
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
