Job description

Registered Nurse - Phone Triage - Outpatient

This position focuses on metabolic medicine, thyroid, diabetes, and endocrinology education. The role primarily involves patient education via phone. In-person education for glucose meters and injection instructions may also be required. The RN will be responsible for confirming prior authorizations, calling in refills, and managing lab orders. Candidates should expect an interview process followed by a shadowing opportunity with triage nurses. This role is an opportunity for potential permanent employment with excellent benefits and career growth. Candidates must be prepared to start compliance processes promptly upon acceptance of an offer. Training will include specific programs and HIPAA education as part of the onboarding process.
