Job Title: Remote Sales Representative (1099)

Location: Remote (No in-person meetings or travel required)

Job Type: 1099 Contract (Commission-Only)

candidates through a streamlined and efficient hiring process. We focus on speed, precision,

and strong candidate-client alignment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking motivated and self-driven remote sales representatives to secure client contracts.

This is a commission-based, 1099 contractor opportunity ideal for individuals who are

comfortable working independently and earning based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Cold-call business leads provided in CRM.

Update CRM.

Conduct follow-up calls with clients (businesses)

Fill in form for contract to be submitted to client.

Access to CRM (client tracking), Company VOIP phone

number, leads of clients (companies), Scripts (contains

processes and needed information).

Compensation:

100% Commission. No Base.

Be More Recruiting LLC charges clients a 15% placement fee based on the candidate’s

first-year salary. This fee is only collected after the candidate is successfully hired. You collect 25% of that placement fee.

Example:

If a candidate is hired at $70,000 per year, the placement fee at 15% is $11,250. Your

commission is based on this placement fee. At 25%, that would be $2,625.

If a candidate is hired at $50,000 per year, the placement fee at 15% is $7,500. Your

commission is based on this placement fee. At 25%, that would be $1,875.

Commission structure:

Commission is paid weekly. You are paid the next pay date after we receive payment from the client.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills, Ability to work independently and manage time effectively,

Comfortable sourcing candidates through job boards, networking, and outreach, Organized and

detail-oriented. Previous recruiting or sales experience is preferred but not required.

Work Structure

Fully remote, independent contractor role. No set schedule or required hours. Recruiters

manage their own workflow and activity.
