Job description

Position Title: Intelligence SE - SeniorPosition Overview:The Intelligence Support Engineer (SE) - Senior provides direct support to Special Operations Forces (SOF) and Joint Intelligence activities across global theaters. This role requires comprehensive knowledge of the intelligence cycle and the full spectrum of intelligence disciplines, including Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), and Open Source Intelligence (OSINT). The engineer enables operational effectiveness by integrating advanced intelligence systems, conducting tailored user training, and identifying and addressing technology capability gaps.Key Responsibilities:Provide intelligence analysis support leveraging knowledge of HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and all-source intelligence.Apply a thorough understanding of SOCOM and Joint Staff intelligence analysis principles, cycles, and operational integration.Serve as a subject matter expert to train end users on SOF-specific Programs of Record and commercial/government mission technologies.Develop and conduct customized training courses based on unit-specific intelligence needs.Adapt quickly to evolving technologies and ensure new capabilities are seamlessly integrated into the host unit's intelligence production processes.Provide intelligence and operations briefings to senior leaders and support operational mission planning.Collaborate with geographically dispersed teams, supported units, and Combatant Command intelligence entities.Contribute to the operational relevance and sustainment of software capabilities, ensuring ongoing utility to intelligence missions.Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience communicating intelligence and operational information to senior leaders.8+ years of experience managing FSEs and teams geographically dispearsed.Extensive experience with:Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)Analyst NotebookM3 or similar research tools (Catapult, Palantir, FADE)HOT-R or CHROME (Counterintelligence & HUMINT management tools)Demonstrated ability to train and support SOF personnel on intelligence systems.Experience working in support of deployed or forward-positioned military intelligence units.Experience briefing and communicating complex intelligence and operational information to senior leaders.Experience leading and managing Field Support Engineers (FSEs) and intelligence teams across geographically dispersed locations.Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain intelligence systems and train end users.Extensive knowledge of SOCOM intelligence systems and integration within Joint Operational Environments.Experience in capability gap identification and coordination with Combatant Command intelligence activities.ACTIVE Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility requiredPreferred Skills & Tools:Experience with intelligence fusion systems, link analysis, and all-source intelligence workflows.Familiarity with SOF-specific intelligence systems and mission sets.Knowledge of emerging technologies and integration strategies within the intelligence domain.Ability to develop concise intelligence products tailored to operational needs.Skilled in mentoring junior engineers or analysts in intelligence toolsets and processes.Clearance RequiredTS/SCIEducation Bachelor's degree PreferredS2Technologies is an equal-opportunity employer.
