We’re looking for high-energy Sales Associates to join our retail team. At 4WP and ORW, we help customers customize their trucks, Jeeps, and SUVs with the best aftermarket parts and accessories in the industry.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Aftermarket Parts Salesperson to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert on aftermarket automotive components while delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage customers on the sales floor and build relationships to understand their vehicle needs and recommend the right aftermarket products.
  • Drive sales by utilizing suggestive selling techniques and product knowledge to promote and sell additional parts and services   
  • Inform and assist customers with questions and inquiries while communicating monthly sales and promotions
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business, referrals, and brand loyalty
  • Contribute to inventory control and shrinkage reduction by thoroughly organizing, monitoring, and displaying parts and products
  • Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and develop professional skills 
  • Understand and adhere to all company policies, procedures, safety, and environmental rules
  • Maintain store cleanliness and appearance to uphold a safe and secure work environment
  • Work with your team to provide excellent customer service
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals for merchandise, labor, and warranty products

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of lift kits, wheel and tire fitment, and general aftermarket Jeep and Truck accessories  
  • Continually meet or exceed monthly targets in labor, merchandise, and warranty sales percentages
  • Demonstrate understanding of the sales process, including effective selling techniques and customer engagement strategies
  • Proficiency in computer software, parts databases, and point-of-sale systems
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., and team lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with both internal and external parties 
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and work orders
  • Must be able to work scheduled store hours at the assigned location
  • Passion for trucks, Jeeps, off-road vehicles, or automotive customization preferred

Work Environment:

  • Customer-facing position in retail store (answering phones, using computers, point of sale, escorting customers around showroom floor)
  • Occasionally interact with employees in the service department with concrete floors, industrial structure, vehicle lifts, workbenches/workstations, stationary and moving vehicles and other automotive workshop facility equipment
  • May be exposed to loud noise, vibration, exhaust fumes, and other service and repair conditions
  • Working in various physical positions including extended periods of standing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, carrying, and lifting
