Summary
We are now seeking dynamic and competitive Semi-truck Parts Sales Representative with expertise in Heavy Duty Truck Parts and Off-Road Medium Truck Parts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success in the automotive parts industry, particularly with heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and off-road equipment.   • Base Salary $50k-$70k annually, plus commission (Up to 4% of the sales GMV)

What You'll Do

The position of Sales is primarily responsible for generating sales revenue by visiting and working with current and potential Retailers, distributors and wholesalers (B2B sales). Specific duties include:
  • Prospecting and lead generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy-duty truck and off-road truck parts sectors.
  • Sales presentations and product demos: Conduct detailed sales presentations for customers, showcasing the value of InQ-HD's products.
  • Drive revenue: Increase sales by securing new retailer, distributor and wholesaler partnerships and expanding sales with existing accounts through targeted strategies, including upselling and cross-selling additional products.
  • Account management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure ongoing business and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat sales.
  • Close sales: Actively negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to finalize deals and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Sales reporting: Use the company CRM system to record the sales activities and submit regular reports outlining sales progress, lead generation activities, and customer feedback to management.
  • Customer service excellence: Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
  • Product training: Educate clients on the features and benefits of InQ-HD's product offerings, ensuring they are equipped to sell and use the products effectively.
  • Regular follow-ups: Perform follow-up calls and visits to ensure that the customer is satisfied and to identify any future sales opportunities.

Preferred Experience and Skills
The ideal candidate for the Semi-truck Parts Sales Representative position will possess:
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive parts sales, with a focus on heavy-duty truck parts or off-road truck parts (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of heavy-duty truck components and specifications, including knowledge of aftermarket parts and accessories.
  • Demonstrated sales success, with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals effectively.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to maintain long-term partnerships and identify new revenue opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and organize multiple accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems for managing leads and sales activity.
  • A strong customer service mindset, with the ability to respond quickly to inquiries and resolve issues.

Work Schedule
  • This is a full-time position
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, may vary according to needs of sales events
  • Travel required to visit customers and prospects.
