Mazda Infiniti Roseville

Roseville, CA • On-site

Full-time

Job description

Brand Ambassador / Community Engagement Specialist
Employer: Roseville INEOS Grenadier | A ForAnyAuto Group brand
Location: Roseville, CA (Greater NorCal events)
Type: Part-time (15-25 hrs/week) - option to expand full-time hybrid with sales
Target Start: December 2025 (ahead of our January 2026 soft opening)
Why this role exists
INEOS Grenadier is a true overlander brand. We're opening Northern California's newest Grenadier store and need a boots-on-the-ground evangelist to build the local community before, during, and after launch. If you live for the outdoors, love talking to people, and aren't afraid of mud, early mornings, or long event days - this is for you.
What you'll do
  • Be the face of the brand at off-road meetups, trail runs, mountain bike events, running races, cars & coffee, and in-store 4x4 days.
  • Plan, staff, and recap events: outreach, load-in, booth setup, waivers, lead capture, follow-up lists, and ROI summaries.
  • Create content that doesn't feel like ads: short-form video, reels, stories, trail tips, owner spotlights, User Generated Content (UGC) curation, and quick blog posts for our site.
  • Grow partnerships with local clubs, trail stewards, outfitters, gyms, and race organizers.
  • Drive measurable outcomes: qualified leads from events, test-drive signups, social growth/engagement, email list growth.
  • Keep us compliant & safe: risk checks, permits/COIs, basic safety briefings, and responsible off-road etiquette.

What you've done (or naturally do)
  • You're an outdoor junkie (overlanding, MTB, trail running, climbing, etc.) who actually goes - rain or shine.
  • Comfortable on camera and behind it; you can shoot/edit vertical video on a phone without overthinking it.
  • You can host a crowd, run a mic, and hold a conversation with anyone.
  • Self-directed: you make a plan, work the plan, and send the recap without being chased.
  • Bonus: experience with automotive, off-road, retail events, or dealership marketing.
  • Bonus: you can sell (if you want a hybrid Brand Ambassador + Sales Consultant role, we'll talk commission).

Must-haves
  • Valid CA driver's license and clean record; comfortable driving manual & off-road.
  • Weekend/evening availability; some travel across Northern California (mileage reimbursed).
  • Able to lift/carry 30-40 lbs of event gear and spend long days on your feet.
  • Working knowledge of Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts, Canva or CapCut, Google Drive.
  • Professionalism that matches a premium brand.

How we measure success (KPIs)
  • Event leads captured and qualified; test-drive bookings from events
  • Social reach, saves, and comments (not vanity views)
  • UGC volume and partner collabs secured
  • Email list growth from events

Schedule & pay
  • Part-time 15-30 hrs/week; more around key events.
  • Compensation: $22-$30/hr DOE + event stipends + mileage + performance bonus tied to leads/test drives.
  • Optional Hybrid Brand Ambassador + Sales option includes standard dealership sales pay plan.

Tools & support
  • You'll have access to our vehicles for approved shoots/events, event kits, branded gear, and a marketing lead who will clear roadblocks - not micromanage.
