Company Description

Manager, Commercial Real Estate Auction Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Manager, Commercial Operations with deep expertise in commercial real estate transactions and auction operations. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in managing complex, multistate portfolios; driving operational efficiency; and leading crossfunctional teams in fastpaced, highvolume environments. The successful candidate will oversee endtoend real estate and auction operations, strengthen client partnerships, and ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives across the portfolio.

Job Description

What you will do:

Operational Leadership & Execution

  • Lead and optimize the full lifecycle of commercial real estate and auction transactions, including onboarding, due diligence coordination, marketing strategy, auction preparation, and transaction negotiations.
  • Develop and implement operational processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across real estate and auction workflows.
  • Manage daily operations of a diverse, multistate portfolio of institutional and privately owned commercial real estate assets.
  • Partner with internal teams (legal, compliance, marketing, finance, and auction operations) to ensure seamless transaction readiness and execution.

Portfolio & Auction Management

  • Oversee portfolio performance, identify opportunities for enhancement, and implement solutions to maximize asset value.
  • Direct auction operations, including scheduling, asset listing preparation, vendor coordination, and postauction transaction management.
  • Monitor market trends to inform pricing strategy, portfolio positioning, and operational planning.

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, providing strategic updates, insights, and recommendations.
  • Prepare and present clear, actionable reports to internal leaders, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues proactively and maintain strong, trustbased client relationships.
Qualifications

WHAT ABOUT YOU? You have...

  • 8-10 years of experience managing highvolume national real estate portfolios.
  • Extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions, including auction operations.
  • Proven success leading operations in multistate or national real estate environments.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
  • Expertise in managing client relationships and engaging seniorlevel stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience as a Commercial Real Estate Broker for Auction Operatons

  • Demonstrated adaptability in environments with shifting priorities and fastmoving deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, timemanagement, and workflowoptimization abilities.
  • Experience leading crossfunctional teams toward shared operational goals.
  • Ability to interpret market data and incorporate insights into portfolio and auction strategy.
