Mortgage Lending Professional (Evergreen Talent Network)
Title: Mortgage Lending Professional - Underwriting, Processing & Loan Operations
Location: Greater Indianapolis Area
Employment Type: Direct Hire, Contract, Contract-to-Hire
About the Opportunity
LHH Recruitment Solutions is actively building a network of Mortgage Lending professionals for current and future opportunities with banks, credit unions, mortgage lenders, and financial institutions throughout the Greater Indianapolis market.
We are seeking experienced professionals across mortgage underwriting, processing, loan origination, closing, and mortgage operations who are interested in exploring new opportunities as they arise.

Responsibilities May Include

  • Coordinating with borrowers, title companies, and internal stakeholders

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Mortgage banking, consumer lending, or financial services experience
  • Knowledge of mortgage regulations and loan documentation
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Experience with mortgage origination or servicing platforms preferred
  • NMLS license is a plus for originator roles
Target Compensation
Depending on position and experience:
  • Mortgage Processor: $50,000 - $75,000
  • Mortgage Underwriter: $75,000 - $120,000+
  • Mortgage Loan Officer: Base + Commission
  • Mortgage Operations Manager: $90,000 - $140,000+

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
