The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven Accounting & Finance Recruiter to join our growing team. This role focuses on identifying, attracting, and placing top financial talent while cultivating strong client partnerships across diverse industries.


We welcome candidates with 1–2+ years of Accounting & Finance recruiting experience OR entry‑level individuals with a finance or accounting background who are eager to build a career in recruitment. You will operate as a trusted advisor—guiding clients through hiring strategy, managing full‑cycle recruitment, and developing a strong pipeline of financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full‑cycle recruitment: source, screen, interview prep, present candidates, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and support onboarding.

  • Conduct targeted outreach to passive and active financial talent across accounting, audit, tax, FP&A, and finance operations.
  • Advise clients on market trends, compensation benchmarks, hiring strategy, and candidate availability.

Qualifications

  • 1–2+ years of recruiting experience (accounting/finance preferred) OR a finance/accounting educational background with interest in recruitment.
  • Strong understanding of financial roles, accounting workflows, or corporate finance fundamentals.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and client priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, or sourcing tools is a plus.
