What are the highest paying medical device sales jobs?

In medical device sales, high-paying roles often include senior sales executives, regional sales managers, and account directors, especially those selling complex or high-value equipment like surgical devices or imaging systems. Can you make 7 figures in medical sales?

Commission Medical Device Reprocessing roles typically do not offer the high earning potential associated with seven-figure incomes, which are more common in high-level medical sales positions such as medical device or pharmaceutical sales. Success in medical sales depends on experience, sales skills, territory, and product value, with top earners often reaching six figures but seven figures being rare and usually requiring executive or ownership roles. Building a strong network, obtaining relevant certifications, and consistently exceeding sales targets are key factors for increasing income in medical sales careers.
