What is a commission life insurance telesales agent?

Commission Life Insurance Telesales jobs involve selling life insurance policies to clients over the phone, with earnings primarily based on commissions from policies sold. Telesales agents contact leads, explain policy options, answer questions, and guide clients through the application process. This role requires strong communication and persuasion skills, as well as knowledge of various life insurance products. Success in this field often depends on meeting or exceeding sales targets and maintaining a high level of customer service. Many positions offer flexible schedules and the potential for high income based on performance.

These skills and qualities are vital for consistently achieving sales targets and maintaining client satisfaction in a competitive market.

What are some common challenges faced in commission-based life insurance telesales, and how can new agents overcome them?

New agents often face a high volume of 'no' responses before achieving sales, which can be discouraging.
