Are you a motivated professional who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and identifying project solutions? If you have experience in estimating, business development, or the construction industry, we want to meet you.

We are a growing, family-oriented company specializing in residential and commercial painting, roofing, roof repairs, roof cleaning, exterior maintenance, and home improvement services. As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a driven Lead Estimator & Workforce Development Specialist to help us expand our client base while providing exceptional customer service.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys autonomy, commission potential, and being rewarded for their performance.

What You'll DoBusiness Development

· Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve revenue goals.

· Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and prospecting.

· Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

· Represent the company professionally within the community.

Estimating & Project Consultation

· Meet with prospective customers at their homes or businesses.

· Conduct site visits to evaluate project scope and customer needs.

· Prepare accurate estimates for painting, roofing, and home improvement projects.

· Present customized proposals and confidently close sales.

Customer Experience

· Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.

· Answer client questions and provide professional recommendations.

· Ensure an outstanding customer experience from consultation through project completion.

Team Collaboration

· Partner with Field Supervisors and production teams to ensure successful project execution.

· Work closely with marketing and office staff to maximize lead generation and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking ForPreferred Experience

· Proven success in estimating, business development, or outside sales.

· Experience in painting, roofing, remodeling, or construction is highly preferred.

· Strong understanding of construction materials and estimating practices is a plus.

Skills & Qualifications

· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

· Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

· Solution-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented.

· Comfortable using CRM software, estimating programs, and Microsoft Office.

· Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

· Valid Driver's License.

· Ability to travel throughout the service area, including Eugene, Salem, Portland, and occasionally the Oregon Coast.

· Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for home shows and company-sponsored events.
