Job description

A well-established midsize (30+ attorneys) defense firm is looking to add a Law & Motion Attorney to its growing team. The ideal Law & Motion Attorney candidate will have at least 5+ years of California civil litigation experience as a California-licensed attorney and strong writing skills.


In this role, you will draft motions to strike, demurrers, and discovery motions, as well as occasionally drafting dispositive motions and pretrial motions. This Law & Motion Attorney will also argue the motions they drafted. The firm's yearly billable requirement is 1800 hours.


My team has placed 5 attorneys with this firm, and 3 are now partners. The firm also offers 100% remote work throughout California.
