Job description

Reese Roofing & Construction - Tampa Bay, FL
Veteran Owned. Family Operated. Locally Supported.
Reese Roofing & Construction is a rapidly growing roofing company serving the Tampa Bay area. We specialize in high-quality roof replacements, storm damage restoration, and insurance claim assistance for homeowners.
We are looking for motivated, driven individuals who want to build a career in insurance restoration sales. This is a fully commission-based role with uncapped earning potential for individuals who are hungry, coachable, and ready to work.
This position is ideal for someone who wants the freedom to control their income while helping homeowners navigate the insurance process after storm damage.
Insurance Adjusters - Ready for a Bigger Opportunity?
Tired of being an insurance adjuster and want to make more money?
Many of the most successful roofing sales professionals started their careers in insurance adjusting.
If you already understand:
• Insurance claims
• Roof damage assessments
• Adjuster inspections
• Xactimate and scope reviews
You already have the knowledge most roofing sales reps spend years trying to learn.
Instead of working long hours settling claims for a salary, you can use that experience to help homeowners navigate the process while earning significantly higher income through commissions.
At Reese Roofing, your insurance knowledge becomes a major advantage.
Position Overview
As an Insurance Restoration Sales Representative, you will work directly with homeowners who may have roof damage caused by storms, wind, or hail. Your role is to inspect roofs, educate homeowners on the insurance claims process, and guide them through getting their roof replaced through insurance when applicable.
You will be responsible for generating leads, inspecting properties, building homeowner relationships, and managing projects from inspection through completion.
Requirements
Qualifications
• Self-motivated with strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience preferred but not required - we train the right people
Experience as an insurance adjuster, inspector, contractor, or restoration professional is a major plus.
Benefits
100% Commission-Based
• Industry leading commissions on closed projects
• Average roof replacement: $15,000 - $35,000
• Typical commissions range from $1,500 - $4,000+ per project
• Top performers earn $100,000+ annually
There is no cap on earnings. Your income is directly tied to your effort and performance.
