Job description

We are looking for a Compensation Processor to join forces with our team and maintain and process daily compensation plans. Compensation Consultant responsibilities include documenting and reconciling commission statements, resolving issues for internal and external agents regarding compensation plans and providing excellent attention to detail to commission processes. To be successful in this role, you should have a good knowledge of Compensation processed, QuickBooks and the insurance marketplace. Ultimately, you will ensure we offer competitive and fair compensation plans to all of our employees.
