About the Role:
As an Insurance Producer - Commercial, you'll be on the front lines of assessing clients' risk profiles and finding opportunities to enable better protection. You will drive sales from top-of-funnel to bottom, sourcing new clients and supporting them through the insurance transaction process. Our Producers have the autonomy to think creatively, delivering innovative solutions to tackle our clients' ongoing opportunities and challenges. Our "secret sauce" is our exceptional service model, which allows producers to do what they do best: grow your book. The role comes with unlimited growth potential and the opportunity to scale within your particular niche or through our well-established industry verticals.
What You'll Do:
  • Prospect, Build, and Develop relationships with commercial clients. You'll seek to understand their unique risk profile and build tailored solutions to cover all angles
  • Deliver the TBG Gold Standard to each opportunity and align the client with the Agency's resources and capabilities
  • Build strong relationships with insurance carriers to understand market appetite and access to coverage on various types of risk
  • Gather information on client risks and identify additional areas of exposure that TBG could provide support.
  • Leverage referral and targeted introductions from clients, prospects, and business relationships

We'd love to meet you if you have the following:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Current and Active P&C Producer license in the applicable state
  • Prior B2B sales, consulting, or insurance experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office

For Candidates located in Colorado & Illinois, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be $45,000 - $60,000 per year base salary. Additionally, we offer a generous commission program for both new and renewal business. Total compensation for this position may also include equity, bonus, and employee benefits. Producers have the option to forgo base salary for higher commission splits on new and renewal business.
