The Farmers Insurance District office is looking for talented new agents to come grow our district in Lane County and beyond! We provide Auto, Home, Business, and Life insurance to help protect our clients, and their assets. If you want to be a part of a winning and competitive culture, then this may be the career for you.

Is prior insurance sales experience required?

No! You don’t need to know anything about insurance or insurance sales to apply. We provide all of the product and sales training that you’ll need to be successful, as well as pay for your licensure.

Follow up on leads through phone, email, and text

Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales

Establish client relationships and follow up with clients

Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support

Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day

Develop new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Requirements

Ability to get Property and Casualty License (We will pay for this!)

Abiliity to get Life and Health License (We will pay for this!)
