We are a fast growing and award winning Allstate agency with an immediate opening for a sales producer!

We are seeking an energetic and competitive sales person with a strong desire to make a difference in people's lives. If you have a knack for sales and a drive to succeed, the Broussard Agency wants YOU. No sales experience necessary, we'll invest in your success!

Responsibilities

Make outbound and inbound sales calls daily

Maintain required daily activity metrics (dials, talk time, quoted conversations, follow-ups)

Quote and sell auto, home, and bundled policies

Cross-sell and introduce life insurance opportunities

Follow the agencys sales process and scripts consistently

Document all activity accurately in our systems (eAgent / CRM / JotForms)

Complete daily follow-ups and pipeline management

Ask for referrals and build client relationships

Attend team meetings, coaching sessions, and ongoing training

Maintain a positive, professional attitude with customers and teammates

Take ownership of personal production goals and results

Continuously improve sales skills through coaching and feedback

Represent The Broussard Agency brand with integrity and professionalism
