Job description

Were growing and looking for a motivated, licensed insurance professional who knows how to build relationships, close business, and take care of clients the right way. This is not a sit-and-wait role. We need someone who is comfortable on the phone, confident talking to people, and driven to produce.

Youll work with inbound leads, internet leads, data transfers, cross-sell opportunities, referrals, and existing clients while helping individuals and families protect what matters most.

Responsibilities

This role is responsible for quoting and selling auto, home, life, renters, and other insurance products while handling inbound calls and following up on both warm and cold leads. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and customer service, consistently follow up to close opportunities, and identify cross-sell opportunities to round out household accounts. Responsibilities also include maintaining accurate client documentation and policy records, staying compliant with state insurance regulations and agency procedures, and contributing to a fast-moving, team-oriented sales environment focused on growth and performance.


Requirements

Candidates must hold an active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license, with a Life license preferred or willingness to obtain one. Applicants should have strong communication and phone skills, be comfortable working in a sales-driven environment, and possess the confidence to build relationships, overcome objections, and ask for the sale. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, self-motivated, coachable, and able to manage follow-up activities consistently while maintaining a high level of customer service. Previous insurance sales experience is preferred, but motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a desire to grow are encouraged to apply.
