Inbound Call Center Sales Representative โ€“ Final Expense Division

We are expanding our Final Expense division and are hiring 2 motivated Inbound Call Center Sales Representatives.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys talking with customers, identifying their needs, and confidently closing sales over the phone.

You will be speaking with business customers who are already interested in our products and services. Your responsibility is to guide them through the purchasing process and help them choose the best solution.

Important:
This is a sales-focused position. While you will provide excellent customer service, the primary goal of the role is to convert inbound inquiries into completed sales.

No cold calling. No outbound dialing. All calls are inbound from interested prospects.
