Description:Moxie Pest Control | Full-Time | Day Shift | In-Person (Priest & Broadway)

$17–$18/hour base + commission opportunities averaging $1,500–$3,200+ (effective ~$26–$36/hour) + Full Benefits + Paid Training
Kindness is contagious. So is confidence. We’re hiring an Inbound Sales Specialist who genuinely enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions, and we’ll give you the training and support to do it well.

This is a stable full-time position with benefits, paid training, and opportunities to grow.

This isn't a typical sales job. Customers call us ready to buy — and your job is to give them every reason to choose Moxie. You'll build value, walk them through their options, answer the real questions, and help them feel confident about saying yes. Inbound makes the lead easy. Earning the trust is the work.

At Moxie Pest Control, we’re building a team of dependable, positive people who enjoy helping customers and working together in a fast growing company that values attitude, reliability, and effort.

No pest control experience needed, we’ll train you.

Why People Apply Here

  • Inbound sales commissions averaging $1,500–$3,200/month for typical-to-top performers
  • Paid training from day one
  • Stable full-time schedule
  • Full benefits package
  • Opportunities to grow within the company
  • Positive, team-oriented environment
  • Leadership that values reliability and effort
  • Fun office culture with team celebrations and incentives

What You’ll Do

You’ll work directly with customers by phone, email, and text to:

  • Build value with inbound leads and close the sale
  • Help existing customers see the value of additional services or upgrades
  • Handle questions and hesitations with skill, not pressure
  • Schedule appointments and inspections
  • Follow up with leads and customer inquiries
  • Complete account updates and administrative tasks

What You’ll Actually Earn

Base pay is $17–$18/hour depending on experience. Inbound sales commission varies by month and individual performance — our team has averaged $1,520/month per rep over the last year, with top performers averaging $2,360/month and peak months reaching $3,200+. Inbound sales is seasonal: August–November is the strongest quarter; January–March is the slowest. Most full-time Inbound Sales Specialists earn $54,000–$65,000 in their first year, with strong performers earning more.

Is This Role a Fit for You?

This job will be a great fit if you:

  • Genuinely enjoy talking with customers and building relationships
  • Are confident guiding conversations and recommending solutions
  • Can build value, address concerns, and confidently ask for the sale
  • Enjoy helping people while working toward performance goals
  • Thrive in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
  • Are reliable, detail-oriented, and show up consistently
  • Want a structured daytime schedule with rotating Saturdays
  • Have strong communication and basic computer skills

This role may not be the best fit for someone who dislikes phone-heavy work, avoids sales conversations, or prefers a slow-paced or highly independent work environment.

Schedule

Monday–Friday (Daytime)
Rotating Saturdays (with a weekday off)

Benefits

  • 401(k)
  • Dental insurance
  • Health insurance
  • Vision insurance
