What does a commission ice cream factory do?

A Commission Ice Cream Factory is a facility that produces ice cream products on behalf of other brands or businesses, rather than selling its own brand directly to consumers. These factories operate under contract, manufacturing ice cream according to the client’s specifications, recipes, and packaging requirements.
