Springboard Wine & Spirits is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative for the Los Angeles market to grow and manage a dynamic territory.
This is an opportunity to represent a highly curated portfolio of world-class wines and boutique spirits, while building meaningful partnerships with some of the best restaurants and retailers in Southern California.

We are a California-based, family- and female-owned broker/distributor founded in 2006. We specialize in representing small-production, quality-driven wineries and distilleries from around the world.

What We're Looking For;
  • Prior sales experience working in wholesale distribution is strongly preferred. Candidates with commensurate retail and/or restaurant experience will also be considered.
  • Knowledge of the Los Angeles restaurant and retail landscape.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for wine, spirits, and the hospitality industry.

What You'll Do
  • Manage a territory of on-premise and off-premise accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations, tastings, and staff trainings.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and internal team members to drive sales.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory.
  • Execute against sales goals, brand initiatives, and territory plans.
  • Participate in market work assignments with visiting winery and spirits suppliers.
  • Participate in monthly sales meetings.
  • Participate in various trade and consumer tasting events.

Report to:
  • Southern California Sales Manager

Compensation
  • Commission plus bonus based on sales
  • Expected earnings: $60,000 – $80,000+, with upside based on performance
  • Benefits program optional (health and savings plan)
  • Expenses - Car, Phone, Entertaining
  • 1099 optional

Additional Requirements
  • Residency within or near the territory is strongly preferred
  • Valid driver's license
