About the Job

Signal & Strand is partnering with a leading consumer technology company to hire a Paid Media Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing paid media programs across a complex digital ecosystem, driving customer acquisition and revenue growth across direct-to-consumer, marketplace, and retail media channels.

This is a performance-driven role for someone who thrives in execution, testing, and optimization. You'll work across platforms, partners, and internal teams to deliver measurable results while continuously improving efficiency and scale.


The Mandate
  • Execute high-performing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels
  • Optimize programs against CAC, ROAS, and revenue growth targets
  • Translate strategy into structured campaign plans, budgets, and testing roadmaps
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure creative, data, and execution are aligned
  • Continuously improve performance through disciplined testing and analysis

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms including Google, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and affiliate networks
  • Execute campaigns across DTC, marketplaces (including retail media), and upper and lower funnel initiatives
  • Develop audience strategies including prospecting, retargeting, segmentation, and suppression
  • Translate growth strategy into actionable campaign plans, budgets, and test-and-learn roadmaps
  • Optimize campaigns against key metrics including CAC, ROAS, and revenue contribution
  • Partner with Brand & Creative teams to develop and refine performance-driven creative assets
  • Build and maintain dashboards to track campaign performance and report on KPIs
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with Analytics and Marketing Operations on attribution, incrementality testing, and tracking infrastructure
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring accountability to performance goals
  • Test and explore emerging platforms and channels to unlock new growth opportunities

Ideal Profile
  • 5+ years of experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across digital platforms
  • Strong background in performance marketing within a DTC or ecommerce environment
  • Deep understanding of CAC, ROAS, attribution models, and performance measurement
  • Experience building and executing audience strategies and structured testing frameworks
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, DSPs, and affiliate channels
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, pixel implementation, UTM tracking, and A/B testing
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and ecommerce teams
  • Experience managing agencies or external partners is a plus
  • Exposure to emerging or non-traditional platforms (e.g., Reddit, Twitch, Discord) is a plus

Compensation
  • $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 base salary + 10% bonus (can 2x based on company performance)
Base Compensation Range
