Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Affiliate Account Manager to manage and grow affiliate and influencer partnerships across a diverse client portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and is passionate about driving measurable business results. You’ll act as a key partner to both clients and internal teams, balancing relationship management, performance optimization, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

● Manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners across multiple client accounts

● Negotiate partnerships, commission structures, and campaign opportunities

● Monitor and optimize affiliate performance to drive revenue and ROI

● Analyze weekly and monthly performance data; provide clear insights and recommendations to clients

● Develop and execute strategies to improve performance (e.g., commission testing, attribution modeling, cross-channel insights)

● Oversee day-to-day operations within affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale, Pepperjam)

● Ensure efficient workflows and continuously improve internal processes

● Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate strategies with broader marketing goals


Qualifications

● 2–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing

● Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

● Experience translating client goals into actionable, measurable plans

● Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and performance optimization

● Familiarity with affiliate platforms such as Impact, ShareASale, or Pepperjam, and reporting tools like Affluent

● Understanding of key performance concepts such as attribution and customer lifetime value (LTV)

● Experience working across different industries (e.g., retail, subscription, B2B, CPG, apps) is a plus

● Proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel

● Strong communication and interpersonal skills

● Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
