Our mission is to provide exceptional service to both property owners and tenants while maximizing return for homeowners and investors.


Position Overview:

We're seeking a motivated and resourceful Portfolio Growth Partner to help identify, source, and secure new investor's properties throughout Missouri to manage. This is a sales and growth-oriented role where you'll be the face of our investor relations researching leads, building relationships with property owners, and bringing in new properties for management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify single-family and multifamily properties suitable for property management
  • Procure and nurture relationships with property owners, real estate investors, and referral partners
  • Generate leads through local networking, outreach, and digital tools
  • Present Cronkhite's property management services in a compelling and professional manner
  • Work closely with our operations teams to onboard new properties
  • Meet or exceed performance goals


Compensation:
