Commission Financial Copywriter Jobs (NOW HIRING)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in San Antonio, TX that is seeking a Senior Copywriter - Digital Content & SEO.
Responsibilities:
* Create high-quality, engaging digital content for web pages aligned to SEO and GEO best practices
* Partner with UX writers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver cohesive digital experiences
* Translate business requirements into clear, concise, and conversational content aligned to brand voice
* Ensure all content meets USAA brand, accessibility, and compliance standards
* Leverage user-centered design principles, content strategy, and testing insights to inform content decisions
* Manage and deliver content in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment (1-3 day turnaround on some deliverables)
* Adapt content based on feedback from stakeholders and subject matter experts
Support a large-scale SEO initiative, developing content for:
* ~200 product and agency pages
* State-specific landing pages (e.g., pet insurance across all 50 states)
* Educational and advisory content (e.g., -Why do I need pet insurance?-)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 6+ years of experience in: Digital copywriting and SEO content development (primary focus); Writing for web-based user experiences and long-form digital content
* Strong expertise in: SEO best practices (keyword optimization, page structure, search performance); AP Style and applying enterprise content/style guidelines
* Proven ability to: Write in a clear, concise, and conversational tone; Work cross-functionally with design teams and subject matter experts; Manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
* Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
* SEMrush (or similar) experience
* Microsoft Word experience
* Slack experience
* Familiar with AI writing tools and prompt-based content tools
Figma experience:
* Edit content within components, frames, and prototypes
* Navigate design files and layers
* Apply formatting updates (font styles, bullets, layout adjustments)
* Work within design systems and version history
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience supporting financial services, insurance, or regulated industries
* Exposure to UX writing or content design principles (not the primary focus)
* Experience working on large-scale content transformation or SEO initiatives
* Familiarity with accessibility and compliance content standards
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
