Your future role
  • Act as a financial business partner for manufacturing operations and support strategic decision-making
  • Analyze manufacturing costs, inventory, and operational variances to identify improvement opportunities
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, dashboards, and performance analyses for leadership teams
  • Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
  • Ensure accurate inventory valuation and support physical inventory processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, procurement, and supply chain
  • Support audit activities, internal controls, and compliance with financial standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to ERP systems and financial processes
  • Support the growth of the business and service point deployment and tax codes

Required skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Three to five years of experience in financial analysis, including experience supporting a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, budgeting, and variance analysis
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Analytical mindset with strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, JDE, or similar tools is considered an asset
  • Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
  • Intrapreneurial mindset
  • Excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Up to 10% travel required
