We are looking for entrepreneurial inside sales hunters who can own the full small-business sales motion from prospecting through close.
Role Overview
This is a commission-only inside sales role focused on small and emerging companies. The Inside Sales Representative will contact prospects, qualify opportunities, run introductory demos, send pricing, follow up, and close deals within approved pricing and discount guidelines.
Primary Responsibilities
· Prospect into small and emerging target companies through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and personal lead sourcing.
· Use Virtu3D-provided leads while also generating your own pipeline.
· Qualify prospects, uncover business needs, and determine whether Virtu3D is a strong fit.
· Conduct product demos for smaller accounts using approved Virtu3D messaging and demo flow.
· Present pricing, follow up with prospects, manage objections, and close deals.
· Use a Virtu3D email account for approved outbound communication.
· Track all leads, activities, opportunities, deal stages, pricing, and close outcomes in HubSpot.
· Escalate larger or strategic opportunities to the senior Virtu3D sales team.
Ideal Candidate Profile
· Entrepreneurial hunter who is comfortable owning a full sales cycle.
· Prior inside sales, SDR, BDR, account executive, software sales, or small-business sales experience preferred.
· Comfortable conducting demos, presenting value, handling objections, and asking for the close.
· Experience selling SaaS, AI tools, e-commerce platforms, design tools, fashion technology, 3D visualization, or retail technology is a plus.
· Strong self-discipline, persistence, and ability to work independently in a commission-only role.
· Strong CRM habits and ability to keep HubSpot accurate and current.
· Professional communication skills and ability to represent an emerging technology brand credibly.
Compensation Structure
· Commission-only independent contractor role.
· 20% commission on deals closed at full price.
· 10% commission on deals closed with a discount.
· No base salary or hourly compensation during the pilot period.
· 3-month renewable contract, with either party able to cancel without penalty.
· High performers may be considered for expanded territory, enterprise handoff compensation, or a permanent role.
What Success Looks Like
· Consistent outbound activity and self-generated pipeline.
· Qualified demos completed with small-business prospects.
· Clean HubSpot pipeline management from first contact through close.
· Deals closed within approved pricing guidelines.
· Larger opportunities identified and escalated to the senior Virtu3D sales team.
