Job Responsibilities
• Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
• Verify phone numbers, email and residential addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Prospecting and generating new business through leads & referral sources.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Job Requirements
• Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
• Create relationships from a cold start.
• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated
• Quote 4 new households per day.
• Minimum of 100 outbound calls
• Maintain monthly team and individual goals
Commission Requirements
• 2 referrals per month
• 5 google reviews per month
Compensation: Hourly + commission
This role involves working closely with an Account Representative to support customer outreach and data collection efforts.
The starting salary for this position is $15 per hour, with additional commission opportunities. Furthermore, once all necessary licenses have been obtained, there is potential to increase the hourly rate to $19.
